_{The Water Spirit did forget that Winter had set a sparkling trap
Within the diamond bottle, the potion had the power to set the lake to ice with one spilled drop
The curious sprite was tricked and lays now waiting within a frosted tomb
A season spent beneath the ice

this piece was absolutely intriguing in thumb so here I am critiquing..
this piece is like a scene from x-files!! creepy and yet its mesmerism is unavoidable. I would love to see it without darkness around the edges...a little more desaturated and frostier, yet his face still with original color...adding an unreachable tree limb..(but only as a secondary piece). This one is fine. I love his hand positioning and dead stare..technique is good and you have chosen textures well. every object in this piece is placed nicely so the eye travels circularly..sweet. I feel like my flashlight has just found him in a search for a body, hehe..scary really.
the story that goes with this inspires more to tell, and leaves me wanting to know more
